Association Fees Payment Options
Payments are processed through a third party, the Association 's Bank, not A2Z Management. If you have any questions regarding your auto debit authorization, please contact: Pacific Western Bank Customer Service 888--705-0600.
Recurring Automatic Draft/ACH - Have your Association Account Number ready for set up.
How it works: Set up a one-time or recurring payment using eCheck.
What to do:
- Login to www.HOAbankservices.com
- Select Make Payment
- Choose the Login option
- If you are a RETURNING USER: verify the property management company is A2Z Management LLC. To change the property management company:
- Upon logging in, remove Dove Management by clicking Delete Property
- Click Add a New Property
- Select Buena Park Summertree Village Homeowners Association and follow the instructions on the screen
- When choosing your withdrawal date, please note that the payment posts to your account on the next business day
- The payment expiration options are
- Continue until owner changes; OR
- schedule a specific date
- If your Association assessments increase or decrease, you must edit the amount in the auto pay system
- If you are a NEW USER: click Create an Account, then click Get Started
- Select Buena Park Summertree Village Homeowners Association and follow the instructions on the screen
- When choosing your withdrawal date, please note that the payment posts to your account on the next business day

Credit Card* Online Payment
How it works: Set up a one-time payment using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
What to do:
- Login to www.HOAbankservices.com
- Select Online Payments
- Choose the Pay as Guest option
- Select your Association and follow the instructions on the screen
- *There is a $14.95 convenience fee and a $5,000 maximum per transaction if you pay with a credit card
Mail Payment
How it works: Make a payment 5 to 7 business days before your assessment due date.
What to do:
- Write a check payable to Summertree Village HOA
- Important: Write your A2Z account number on your check as it appears on your payment coupon
- Mail check to:

Your Bank's Online Bill Pay
How it works: Set up your Association as a payee on your bank's online pay system.
What to do:
- Complete your bill pay setup as follows:
