TIME FRAME:  Activities in Clubhouse must begin no earlier than 8:00 AM and end no later than 11:00 PM.

DEPOSIT:  $35.00 non refundable rental fee.
$100.00 refundable cleaning deposit required (check, cash, or money order).

CLUBHOUSE USE & RESTRICTIONS

  • Use of the Clubhouse is restricted to members of the Summertree Homeowners Association, their families, & guest. Any individual or group abusing the rights of use granted under these rules & the by-laws of the Association may have those rights suspended at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
  • Rough or boisterous conduct is prohibited and will be grounds for expulsion and suspension of privileges. Anyone misusing or vandalizing the Clubhouse will be report to the local law enforcement authorities for prosecution and will be subject to suspension of Association privileges.
  • There is a $35.00 non refundable rental fee. There is a $100.00 refundable cleaning deposit required to be paid by separate check, cash or money order. Please call to arrange for pick up and delivery of key. If the key is lost or not returned, there is a fee of $200.00. Liability is not limited to the deposit; the applicant shall pay for any damages caused by themselves, family, or their guest. Clubhouse property must not be removed from the premise.
  • It is the responsibility of the applicant to inspect the Clubhouse and to insure that it is clean and undamaged. All damage must be reported and noted on the inspection report before the activity commences.
  • The Clubhouse will be inspected before & after use and must be left clean and undamaged. This includes the removal of all decorations, tape, food, supplies and trash. The applicant is responsible for keeping the pool and perimeter of the clubhouse grounds clean and undamaged. Be wary of the potential damage liability when you remove decorations.
  • The Member is responsible for the conduct of their guest and must be in attendance at all times. The applicant shall be responsible for educating their guest of the Association Rules & Regulations, and the member is responsible for enforcing those rules and regulations. If the activity involves the pool area, the member is also responsible for informing all their guest of the Pool Rules, and enforcement of those rules.
  • The consumption of ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES are NOT PERMITTED. Summertree Homeowners Association is not responsible for problems related to alcohol consumption.
  • All activities will begin no earlier than 8:00 a.m. & terminate no later than 10:00 p.m.
  • No pets or animals are permitted within the Clubhouse or pool area.
  • No barbecues or cooking equipment allowed inside Clubhouse, on decks, or in the pool area.
  • No generators or like equipment is to be attached to the Clubhouse as a power source, ("Moon Bouncers," etc.)
  • Clubhouse is not to be used for commercial purpose.
  • SMOKING is strictly PROHIBITED in the Clubhouse and pool area!  Do Not throw cigarette butts in common areas.
