Summertree Village is a community located in Buena Park, Orange County, California. It is north of Artesia Blvd., south of Malvern Ave., west of Dale St., and east of Beach Blvd. Townhomes are nestled in a park like setting. Tree-lined sidewalks face quiet neighborhood streets.

The goal of this website is to provide the residents of Summertree Village a readily available source of information about our neighborhood and Home Owners Association (HOA) as well as a method of communicating with the HOA Board.

Website resources include forms for obtaining architectural approval, information on who manages and/or supports the HOA administratively, important contact information, Neighborhood Watch updates, and links to relevant community websites.
